Its blocked by your celluler network or may be PTA request all services to do it. They are lying. when i use my sim service network internet so i could not able to download any media but when i connect with my home fiber optic network through wifi so it works fine. Also, i use VPN and its working fine so it means PTA have instruct all network to block media on whatsapp. I only use whatspp so i have no idea about other serivces like X, tweeter, facebook etc… thanks.. just want to update about this issue which PTA is lying.
