The government plans to divide Pakistan’s total Hajj quota of 179,210 pilgrims. The government will reserve 89,605 spots for its scheme, while private tour operators will receive the same number. The preliminary cost of the Hajj package for 2025 is projected to range between Rs. 1,075,000 and Rs. 1,175,000.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs, therefore, aims to ensure that the selected banks offer smooth services to applicants. Moreover, the banks will need to meet the required standards set by the ministry to handle the massive number of applications.
